I Wrote a Book!

My book, Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution, comes out in September 2017 from Storey Publishing!

In it I talk about all things bean to bar, profile the best chocolate makers in America, and share recipes from chocolatiers and pastry chefs like Michael Laiskonis and Fruition Chocolate. All with mouthwatering photos and lighthearted illustrations. Mmm, chocolate illustrations.
